Samsung Blue Earth - going green

The Samsung Blue Earth Phone, has been announced with a solar battery capability.

Very nice, and sensible step, perhaps not in Vancouver :) due to our rainy season, but none the less a great idea. Made out of recycled plastic and will be officially introduced on Mobile world Congress in 2009.

Wireless for my Omnia - enter HT820 Bluetooth

Two days ago the Motorolla HT 820 Headphones have arrived, it took them 4 days to make it in from the online store, shipped from somewhere on the east coast of the USA, they were shipped via Amazon. What can I say, sound and range on them is fantastic, the bass is deep and heavy, the treble is crisp. Controls are easy to use, volume loudness is enough to tune out any co-workers rantings.

Going back to Range - easily 12 meters as advertised on this class of a Bluetooth device.

! earphones are a little bulky, and make me look like Mr.Roboto. No they are not heavy, or uncomfortable to wear. this is a case of pure aesthetics they just are a bit thicker as they contain both the headphone and the battery, so they stick out to the sides a little.

Otherwise great multi purpose multi device product. I connected them to my friends V3 razor, worked great, works awesome with my Samsung Omnia 8gb.

? Things to figure out, how to use MS Voice command, as I can hear the voice command responses and announcements, but it is still tied into my microphone on the phone instead of the bluetooth mic in the Motorolla Headset.....
